Under Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), for remote purchases of physical monographs or print editions, individual consumers hold a statutory period of 14 calendar days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal without penalty.
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 (13°) of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content unsupplied on tangible media once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of their withdrawal right upon instant download.
Where withdrawal rights are validly exercised on eligible physical materials, CA RESTAURATION will process a full refund within 14 calendar days following receipt of the return notification, utilizing the original payment method.
